Our experience with B&K painting has been excellent! John, Lyshelle and their staff go above and beyond great service and professional work. The job was explained to us in detail every day by the lead painter, they showed up on time and were considerate of our home. They cleaned up their tools and supplies each day and even cleaned the vents they painted around. The touch up work was completed with the same respect. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company and my experience. It started with the quality bid that I received from John---it was thorough and professional. They offer a color consultation which I too advantage of to make sure I had made the right color combos (complex)since it was a long time waiting to get this right. Next the confirmation of Lyshelle in the office was able to keep me posted of decisions made and when and what the painters would be coming out to do. I met the painters who would paint my home, stain the columns---I had Josh, Zack and Justin as the main guys. Josh and I spoke daily on the progress and his demeanor is so easy, kind and natural, very reassuring and walked me through the process of what things were going to be done for the day. I actually didn't know it was going to turn out as well as it did----I was shocked at how beautiful/stunning my home looks!! So Pleased---they did such a fantastic job! I am a local realtor and have been for 18yrs--I have revitalized several homes, worked with most builders out here and can honestly say----the VALUE, the WORKMANSHIP, is definately one of the best I know???
