They were booked out a couple months. But worth the wait. I recommend to take advantage of their color consultation. I believe two colors is standard. The consultant suggested 4 colors. A little more expensive but it was well worth it. They used quality paint and materials. Their prep work was extremely detailed. Paint applied consistently with no overspray. The body is Gauntlet Gray SW 7019, complemented by untinted Super White on the trim and fascia for a modern, clean appearance. A pop of Salute SW 7582 on the door adds vibrancy against the backdrop. The corbels are finished with Black Alder SW 3022 stain, enriching the design with depth. This color combination brings sophistication and charm to this home’s exterior.

As we observe current exterior trends, a significant and long-awaited shift is becoming evident. It appears that the era of white exteriors is officially waning, making way for the resurgence of earthy tones. However, amidst this trend, the ultimate goal remains unchanged: create a home that resonates with your personal style and brings you joy. Here’s a subtle example of this transition – For this exterior we used Shitake SW9173 for the body, Natural Choice SW7011 for the trim and garage, and Black Fox SW7020 for the corbels.
