When you charge by the sq foot, do you mean total floor space, including upstairs and basement?
As basements are typically not included in the sq footage of a home when it’s listed.
Also, I see you mentioned with trim you go $3 per sq foot; how about Ceilings, Doors, and Railings?
Is that all included in the $3 per sq foot?
