Chris, on our homes here they classify the sq. footage as living (interior under HVAC), and total sq. footage the whole exterior foundation size . I take it , if it’s an interior quote, you use only the living sq. , say 1200, vs the total exterior of the house say 2100sq. ft. correct. Thanks for watching my videos.
