Wow looks amazing such clean lines you guys do such great work some of the best I have seen! I have a few questions Chris when would you use clear caulking versus white caulking for cutins? Why one versus the other? Or do you always use clear I noticed you said you where using clear on this job but I thought I had seen in another video you used white but I could be wrong, I used this method caulking tape but used white Sherwin Williams caulking and the paint peeled in just a few spots when I pulled the tape so made a rough line in those areas can you tell me maybe what I did wrong please. I see you just use 2020 tape what do you think of all the new tapes frog tape and scotch edge lock etc? I ask because I do not see you using them but it seems you guys are so good you do not need them :). If the trim is white we use white cause it is thicker and does not smear as easy when we brush over it. If the trim is any other color we use clear cause when it bleeds through the tape you would see white on the wood trim for instance.
